EASYGAIT is formulated with only three ingredients. MSM, glucosamine sulfate and calcium ascorbate*. Note that we use glucosamine sulfate instead of glucosamine HCL. While the HCL form may be cheaper, most of the studies have been done with the sulfate form. Some experts believe that the sulfur in sulfate is critical since it forms part of the structure of cartilage. (MSM and chondroitin sulfate also contain sulfur, which may be one reason they are probably effective as well.)
*Calcium ascorbate is a non-acid form of vitamin C. It is the main ingredient found in "ester-C".
